Strategic Principle 1
Own one market completely before expanding.
Start with identity resellers (Dojah, Smile Identity). They buy in 72 hours, need no board approval, and immediately generate query volume. Only after resellers are saturated do we move to banks and government.
Strategic Principle 2
Enter at low price. Win on volume. Move up later.
₦50/query is not underpricing — it is the entry strategy. At this price, no competitor can respond and no procurement committee is needed. Volume at ₦50 generates more cash faster than a handful of clients at ₦300.
Strategic Principle 3
We are the only product in this space. Protect the moat.
DISCO utility verification exists nowhere else in Nigeria. There is no competitor. Every day of exclusive DISCO access is a day no one can match us. The moat must be protected aggressively — secure data agreements before anyone else does.

What This Capital Does
The Four Revenue Streams
1. Address Verification API — Identity resellers (Dojah, Smile Identity, Prembly) buy our DISCO utility data feed at ₦50/query wholesale. They resell it. We earn ₦40 net on every query with zero additional sales effort.

2. OML65 Geospatial Contract — Comprehensive mapping of an oil concession. Large milestone payments. First invoice ₦8M at Day 30. Zero per-query dependency.

3. IoT Tractor Fleet — 1,000 agricultural tractors fitted with GPS/IoT devices. ₦10M upfront deposit, then ₦200/SIM/month recurring. Hardware ordered Day 1.

4. Bank Compliance Pilot — One Tier 2 bank runs a pilot at ₦50/query. No procurement committee at this price. Compliance team approves directly.
Why ₦50/query — Not ₦300
At ₦300: every client needs a procurement committee and 3–6 months of sign-off. At ₦50: a compliance manager says yes this week.

5 resellers × 20,000 queries/day = 100,000/day × ₦40 net = ₦4M/day.
₦300 pricing at 1,000 queries/day = ₦290K/day.

Volume beats premium pricing at this stage. Price increases are a Year 2 decision.

The Sequencing Logic
Attack in order. Identity resellers first — they close in 72 hours and immediately send query volume. OML65 and IoT run in parallel because they involve hardware and contracts that have long lead times and must be initiated on Day 1. Banks come third — the reseller volume is the proof point that makes the bank conversation easy. DAS pipeline monitoring is assigned an owner but does not block anything else.

Volume Compounding — The Core Maths
₦50/query minus ₦10 DISCO data cost = ₦40 net per query.
3 resellers × 10,000 queries/day = 30,000/day = ₦1.2M/day by Day 30.
5 resellers × 20,000 queries/day = 100,000/day = ₦4M/day by Day 60 = ₦120M/month.

The loan repayment requires ₦75M over 12 months = ₦6.25M/month. At Day 60 run-rate, this is covered within two weeks of operations.
